We are looking for a **highly dedicated and professional Call Centre Executiv**e to join our medical group. As the first point of contact for patients and clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service with a personal touch. Your main responsibilities will include handling phone calls and WhatsApp messages, managing appointments, and providing timely assistance with a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction.
Duties and Responsbilities:
- Deliver **top-quality customer service**through phone and WhatsApp, addressing patient inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Manage and coordinate **appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations**efficiently.
- Maintain **clear and courteous communication**at all times, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure **accurate record-keeping**and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Follow up with patients to **confirm appointments and handle any changes**as needed.
- Coordinate smoothly with clinic staff to ensure **seamless patient experiences**.Escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary, while keeping patients informed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a **call centre or customer service role**.
- Excellent communication skills with a **polite and professional phone and WhatsApp manner**.
- A passion for **providing high-quality service**and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Strong **attention to detail**and the ability to handle **high call volumes**calmly and efficiently.
- Ability to **multitask and prioritize**in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
