Senior Order Management Executive

My client is a global MNC for manufacturing and production of medical devices. They are experts in designing and providing innovative solutions in their products and is currently looking for a Senior Order Management Executive to join the growing team
**Your new role**
- Act as the key contact for customers to provide efficient services to meet their needs
- Responsible for receiving orders from customers and coordinating with other stakeholders for invoice and transport of orders
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and provide delivery dates to customers
- Manage any urgent orders and work closely with other departments to resolve the issue
- Work closely with other key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of customers' orders
**What you'll need to succeed**
- 6-8 years of working experience in logistic or supply chain
- Bachelors' Degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Must have experience in leading a team, people management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with using ERP system
- Strong communication skills
