**Responsibilities**:
**Coordinator, Guest Service**
You will support the daily guest service operations in our Service Residence by providing administrative support to the team. This includes ensuring residents' apartments are ready upon arrival and overseeing residents' requests. You will report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service.
**Responsibilities**
You will:
- Promote teamwork and quality service within the team and coordination with the other departments
- Oversee residents’ requests and escalation process of defect job tasks
- Handle charging and cashiering
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out for all residents by:
- Coordinating with the Housekeeping team on daily resident arrivals
- Ensuring arrival apartments are ready before the check-in time
- Handle the safekeeping of cash and residents’ valuables and belongings
- Perform related tasks as assigned
**Job Requirements**
You have:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in the hospitality industry
- Service-oriented
- Passion in learning a variety of tasks, including handling paperwork
- Willingness to perform shifts
