
Guest Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Guest Services Coordinator to join our Front Office Department.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every stay is memorable and enjoyable.
This role involves welcoming and checking in guests, managing their enquiries, and acting as the liaison between guests and the hotel staff.
You will also be responsible for reporting directly to the Senior Front Office Manager and contributing to the overall success of the department.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide total guest support
- Welcoming and checking in/out guests
- Managing guest enquiries and providing hotel information
- Acting as key liaison between customers and the hotel
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of customer service experience. You should be attentive to details, service-oriented, and a team player. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, while knowledge of OPERA is an added advantage.
