Job Summary:
The Host - Guest Experience is a pivotal role within the Rooms Division, requiring an individual to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the smooth operation of the Guest Experience team. This position necessitates a minimum G.C.E. "O" levels, with a preference for candidates holding a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management. Additionally, a minimum of 6 months work experience in hotel operations is required, along with strong customer relations, communications, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting daily shift operations in line with brand standards, contributing to the efficient running of the Guest Experience team, and mentoring colleagues in rooms division, property management, financial management, and payroll.Main Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily shift operations in accordance with established brand guidelines.
- Promote teamwork and contribute to the seamless execution of Guest Experience initiatives.
- Mentor junior staff members in areas such as rooms division, property management, financial management, and payroll.
