Job Title: Guest Services Manager
As a key member of our hotel team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of guest services. This includes coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.
- Develop and implement efficient systems to manage daily operational needs;
- Plan and coordinate group movements, arrivals, and departures, ensuring operational efficiency;
- Liaise with Convention Organizers to facilitate smooth luggage handling and driveway traffic flow;
- Lead the Guest Services team in personalizing the arrival and departure experiences for guests;
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel standards and service expectations;
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in any discipline and relevant hotel experience;
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in the service industry;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English;
- Proficiency in Opera system and related sub-systems interfaced to the PABX and/or hotel computer system;
- Knowledge of Bell, Concierge, and Valet operations;
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and develop the Guest Services team;
