Job Title: Guest Experience Coordinator

About the Role:

The Guest Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To accomplish day-to-day operations of the hotel's front-of-house area, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • To remain up-to-date on internal promotions and be familiar with the local community and famous events in town, making appropriate recommendations to enhance guests' stays in Singapore.
  • To resolve issues related to guest feedback and complaints efficiently, maximizing guest satisfaction and communicating effectively with management and service teams for necessary follow-ups.
  • To respond promptly and professionally to guest comments, requests, and complaints, taking personal responsibility to resolve issues where necessary.
  • To be conversant with all areas of the Concierge and Guest Services department, supporting colleagues during peak periods and assisting with tagging at the Guest Services area.
  • To perform check-in and checkout processes using established systems and procedures, allocating rooms to guests, confirming, and executing as required.
