Job Title: Guest Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to our guests, introducing them to the resort, and coordinating their requirements with other departments. You will also be responsible for collecting information about guests' plans, pre-reservation services, special dietary requests, allergies, or other safety conditions and coordinating with concerned departments to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Welcome and Coordination: Ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued during their stay at our resort. Provide a warm welcome, introduce them to the resort, and coordinate their requirements with other departments.
  • Information Gathering and Follow-up: Collect information about guests' plans, pre-reservation services, special dietary requests, allergies, or other safety conditions and coordinate with concerned departments to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Data Entry and Accuracy: Ensure that all guest details are accurately recorded and input into the system. Check all information on registration cards for accuracy and confirm guest documents with the resort management.
