The Hotel Guest Services Coordinator is a critical role that requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences. This position involves providing professional support to hotel guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest reservations efficiently, confirming room rates and availability according to guest preferences;
- Manage guest check-in procedures, reviewing registration information, and assigning rooms based on guest preferences;
- Respond to guest inquiries through incoming calls, following up on requests, and completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying;
