Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs for guests.
Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional front desk services, ensure guest satisfaction, and provide information on hotel facilities and room amenities.
- Administrative Support: Efficiently assign rooms, process guest payments, and handle administrative tasks with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with bell service and staff management to ensure seamless operations.
As a knowledgeable resource for guests, accommodate both general and unique requests to enhance the guest experience. Skillfully defuse conflicts or tense situations with guests to maintain a harmonious environment.
Requirements- Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of OPERA cloud is an added advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Patience and good listening skills to understand and address guests' needs effectively.
