Job Description:
  • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person queries
  • Manage reservations and room assignments
  • Process payments and provide receipts
  • Maintain the front desk area clean and organized
  • Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experience

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:
  • Salary: SGD 1500 - 2500 per month
  • Full-time position with standard working hours
  • Accommodation: Provided

Language Requirements:
  • Must be confident and speak well in either English or Chinese

Future Requirements:
  • Passport copy, showing 1 year + validity
  • Police clearance
  • No show-money needed when applying for a working visa to Singapore
  • No registration fees and No sign-up fees
