Do you think you have what it takes to be part of Butternut Tree Hotels?
- Face and voice of our unique boutique hotel, greeting all guests in a warm and friendly manner
- At the counter - handle check-in and check-out process for guests
- Maintain guests’ registration - protect information of guests and handles folios transactions involving cashiering duties
- Handle equipment related to the job and stock maintenance
- Assists guests requests and solves conflicts, in a timely and prompt manner
- Keep the counter and lobby clean and tidy at all times
- Coordinate with other departments through effective and efficient communication
- Handle Concierge related inquiries and services with great insights about Singapore
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Previous experience with the various property management system is a plus
- At least 1 year related customer service experience
- Proven ability in performing basic administrative duties would have an added advantage
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft office skill
- Must be able to participate in shift work, weekends and public holidays

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
