Your day to day Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: | |- Assist the Guest Services Supervisor to upsell premier room guests to club room|- Take care of cash float and ensure it has the amount of cash specified by supervisors/manager at the end of the shift|- Retrieve and print Arrival/Departure Report, Backup Report and Trace Report from Opera PMS for supervisor to do room allocation daily|- Greet, register guests and confirm their particulars and payment details when they check in.
