JOB SCOPE

Compensation and Rewards Officer will be responsible for the processing of all compensation allowances and or incentives to employees. The Rewards Officer shall be reporting to the Head of Human Resource.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Verification of attendance of all employees to justify for the claims of overtime, night shift allowance, room incentive and rewards incentives.

2. Compute the deduction of No Pay Leave for employees who has applied for "No Pay Leave."

3. Data entry into the payroll software for the monthly payroll computation.

4. Finalise on the payroll summary for the different categories of employees i.e. Senior Management, Managerial, Executive and operation employees.

5. Submission of CPF contributions to CPF Board.

6. Submission of IR8As and IR21s for foreign workers leaving the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Possess Bachelor of Human Resource Management or Human Capital Management with local universities.

2. Possess at least three (3) years of relevant working experiences as a Payroll Officer in a service industry.

3. Detailed and meticulous worker.

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Able to meet deadlines for the closing of the payroll.

6. Able to commence employement within one or two weeks time.
