
Compensation Benefits Senior Consultant

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct periodic benefits reviews, providing recommendations to enhance program effectiveness, relevance, and compliance.
- Manage insurance broker/vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficient policy renewals and effective program delivery.
- Maintain documentation of benefits, policies, and processes.
- Contribute to compensation program and policy reviews to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness, including data preparation, internal analysis, and benchmarking.
- Manage annual merit review activities and processes, including preparing materials for management meetings.
- Develop, review, and communicate rewards processes and guidelines aligned with the firm's rewards philosophy.
- Manage the annual budget and cost forecasting for people and indirect costs, collaborating with HR Business Partners and Finance.
- Provide internal consulting to HR Business Partners on compensation and benefits. Collaborate with the Employer Branding and Engagement team on rewards communications.
- Respond to periodic and ad-hoc report requests. Participate in projects to streamline and improve rewards programs.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborative team player with a strong growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
