Splunk is looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits - APAC to join our Total Rewards team Reporting to the Senior Director, Compensation, this position will be responsible for APAC compensation and benefits client support and partnership across Splunk.

**Responsibilities**:

- APAC compensation client support for all functions at Splunk, requiring strong consultation, collaboration and influencing skills.
- Represent Splunk’s benefits strategy and programs with employees and leaders.
- Provide feedback and input and represent the region in the design of Total Rewards programs.
- Partner with Business, HRBP and Talent Acquisition on offers, promotions, transfers as a consultant on all aspects of compensation
- Regular interaction with all levels of management to address compensation issues and develop and implement effective solutions
- Work on creative compensation packages needed to attract and retain talent
- Assist with the development and execution of training and education for people managers, in order to enhance manager’s knowledge level of Splunk’s compensation programs
- Support compensation programs and work on compensation projects, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years compensation experience:

- Building salary and equity ranges
- Market analytics, has worked with Radford survey data
- Supporting focal and bonus programs
- Designing offers to attract top talent
- Designing retention packages
- Job leveling
- Understanding of compensation legislated requirements in APAC countries
- Experience with consulting and advising executives on compensation
- Some experience with benefits preferred
