
Senior Compensation Manager

Oversee the Compensation and Benefits department as a senior HR leader. Manage payroll operations, develop C&B policies, administer employee benefits programs, and ensure compliance with regulations.
">- Direct the end-to-end payroll processing to guarantee accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory adherence.
- Approve payroll reports for proper documentation in audits and regulatory requirements.
- Enhance C&B policies, including salary structures, benefits, and incentive programs, to maintain competitive compensation.
- Conduct market analysis to optimize salary benchmarking and maintain competitiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- No less than 8 years of experience in HR, specializing in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll.
- Proven leadership experience in managing payroll and C&B operations.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
