Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to partner with our Total Rewards team. This role requires strong analytical and research skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting analysis on compensation data, identifying trends and benchmarks, and delivering actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive pay equity analyses to identify and resolve disparities in compensation philosophy.
  • Deliver compensation data analysis and reporting, offering actionable insights on trends and program performance.
  • Execute evaluations and role classification reviews to assess job complexity and determine appropriate compensation levels.
  • Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong data analysis and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, particularly Excel.
  • Understanding of human resource laws, local regulations, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or HR.
  • 6-8 years of experience in HR, compensation, or rewards consulting in the APAC region.
