The HR Compensation & Benefit Analyst (1 year Contract) will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating employee compensation and benefits programs. This role will involve conducting market research, benchmarking, and developing recommendations to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. The analyst will also administer the company's benefits programs and provide support in the design and implementation of new initiatives. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of compensation and benefits principles are essential for success in this role.

Job Title: HR Executive, Compensation & Benefit Analyst (1 year Contract)
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation and benefit programs.

2. Collaborate with HR team members to design and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefit plans that align with the organization's objectives.

3. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the organization's compensation and benefit packages remain competitive in the industry.

4. Assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines.

5. Analyze salary survey data to determine appropriate salary ranges for different job positions.

6. Participate in job evaluation and classification exercises to ensure accurate job grading and leveling.

7. Support the annual performance evaluation process by providing compensation data and analysis.

8. Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and related transactions.

9. Monitor legislative changes related to compensation and benefits and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

10. Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefit programs to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

11. Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.

12. Provide guidance and support to HR colleagues and employees on compensation and benefit-related matters.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) are a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Compensation & Benefit Analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.

3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately and efficiently.

4. Solid knowledge of compensation and benefit principles, practices, and applicable laws and regulations.

5. Proficient in using HRIS and other HR software for data analysis and reporting.

6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

8. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

9. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

10. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
