The person will have the opportunity to help shape exciting outcomes for our clients in areas such as HR transformation, skills/ competency frameworks, job redesign, workforce planning, employee engagement, etc.

**We will count on you to**:

- Deliver impeccable stakeholder management and presentation skills to penetrate and grow accounts for survey and data subscriptions.
- Handle data queries and data analysis, compensation trends, benchmarking job evaluations, salary structure design, advanced rewards projects, performance management, bonus design analysis points of views.
- Adopt a client-centric approach by proactively understanding and anticipating a client’s need. This could be to reach out to existing clients confirm current purchases or to explore potential prospects within the industry to continuously grow the database
- Preparation of analytical/industry trends and insights/presentations.
- Be a client’s contact for queries, clarifications on surveys, mercer products and services.
- Ensuring that client’s requests are met in a timely and satisfactorily manner.
- Build and maintain strong client relationship with key accounts and/ or assigned industries.
- Strong support on any custom survey/project assigned across all domains of total rewards working closely with the industry lead or project managers.

- Ready to actively contribute to a collaborative, innovative team culture
- Ability to build rapport easily and maintain relationships
- Ability to work in a large team and with different stakeholder
- Taking ownership of your own continuous learning and career development
- Target driven and motivated
- Knowledge of Compensation and Rewards products is a plus
- Ability to engage with different audiences including Business Owners and HR/C&B Managers.
