**Main Responsibilities**
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all applicable emergency procedures and safety equipment, operating manuals, Cabin Safety Instructions and Cabin Services Circulars.
- Lead a team of Cabin Crew working in own section of cabin.
- Regular coordination with the Crew In-Charge to ensure all areas are effectively supervised and a high standard of safety and service is delivered and maintained throughout the flight.
- Responsible for assigned zone inflight sales cash management and reconciliation activities.
- Complete relevant reporting documentation as required for each duty.
- Ensure safety of all personnel on-board of Company aircraft are well taken care of.
- Ensure inflight satisfaction of passengers on board Company aircraft.
- Check grooming standards of cabin crew.
- Ensure crew welfare and safety at out ports.
- Participate as an active team member, ensure a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
- Closely monitor and coach supernumerary (SNY) crew and probationary crew.
- Provide line training and support the development to cabin crew, counsel where necessary for non-compliance to company procedures.
- Conduct cabin crew performance assessment as required.
- Operate as Crew-In-Charge on the aircraft.
- Any other ad-hoc assignment as required by the Company.

- Strong organizational ability
- Good coaching skills and able to guide junior/new crew
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Able to commit to the flying duties as per roster requirements

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2,500 flying hours as a Cabin Crew
- _Exclude private jet flying experience _
