Ensure incoming and outgoing invoices and related Crewing are monitored, followed upon, and approved as required.
- Accounting/Crewing data and information entry into internal system.
- Arranging of crew briefing both online and physical office visit.
- Support and assist the Crewing Manager /Team leader in crew management and compliance to regulatory requirements governing Company's vessels.
- Handling visas and ensuring legislation of crew certification are adhered.
- Check and verify crew qualifications/documentation prior to joining.
- Ensure efficiency of crewing functions such as crew changes, crew sourcing, recruitment, and retention.
- Ensure the crewing functions are executed in compliance with the company. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Higher Nitec in related studies
- Minimum 2 years of working related experience
- Accounting experience is preferred
- Able to work under pressure
