Main Task in Crewing
- Planner, Crew Planning / Rotation & Recruitment
- Liaising with Various Manning Agencies on Crew Selection / interview process
- Liaising with Local Port Authority (MPA/ICA/MOM/IRAS/PILOT OFFICE etc
- Permit Processing (WP/EP/SP/)
- Handing and Taking over Vessel

Movement:

- Correspondence with Crew Manning Agencies, Local Port Authority (MPA/ICA/MOM/IRAS etc) or Foreign Port & Various Agencies whenever required.
- Liaise with the owner/Charterer Agent with regards to Ship Crew Articles of Agreement, Ships Documents, Crew

Certificate & Wages for Vessel under Malaysia Flag
- In charge of daily crewing activities and work closely with Crewing Manager
- Ensure the Officers and ratings are suitably certified with proper licensed
- Verify crew certificate and assist manning Agent on Seafarers evaluation during the recruitment process
- Monitor and control the crew and joining expenditures within the approved budget.
- Monitor Training reports to ensure that training is carried out and meets the training matrix
- Attend to all ship staff queries related to human resource issues
- Establish and maintain close rapport with sea staff and continuously propagate company’s mission, vision and share

values to achieve company’s aspiration.
- Monitor and execute the onboard promotion for development/career progression of internal talent pool.
