We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Crew member to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food and beverages.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Engage with customers to recommend tea drinks and products, educate them on different blends and brewing methods, and actively promote the brand and support ongoing campaigns.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare coffee and tea beverages according to company standards, assist in sandwich or light snack preparation as needed, maintain drink quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cashier duties and process payments accurately.
  • Team Management: Lead the kitchen crew in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the tea bar and customer area, restock ingredients and supplies, and provide warm, helpful service to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
