**Roles & Responsibilities**

As a Kitchen Crew Member, you’ll play a vital role in supporting chefs and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and hygienically. Your responsibilities include:

- **Food Prep Support**:

- Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for cooking
- Portion and assemble dishes according to recipes
- Assist chefs with cooking and plating during service
- **Kitchen Maintenance**:

- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils
- Sweep and mop floors, dispose of trash, and maintain hygiene standards
- Ensure food is stored at correct temperatures and labeled properly
- **Inventory & Stocking**:

- Receive and store deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Rotate stock to minimize waste
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with chefs and other crew members
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adapt to changing tasks and priorities during busy hours

**What We’re Looking For**
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service role (preferred but not required)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
