Crewing Executive
to join this leading player to be responsible for ensuring smooth crew management operations across the company's fleet, including recruitment, compliance, documentation, and logistics arrangement.
about the job
Coordinate crew recruitment, selection, and documentation in line with maritime and flag state requirements.
Manage crew rotations, travel logistics, and vessel manning to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Monitor validity of seafarer certificates, medicals, and appraisals, keeping accurate records in internal systems.
Liaise with manning agents, port agents, and internal stakeholders to support crew onboarding and repatriation.
Verify crew-related invoices and provide administrative support to the Crewing Manager.
skills and experience required
Diploma in any discipline
Min. 1 year of relevant experience in crewing, manning, or maritime operations.
