**Requirements**:

- Study and understand the BCP and DR policies and execution requirements
- Meticulous in reviewing the network incident tickets and perform event correlation and Service Recovery and Resolution in given area.
- Ability to be a stickler of details and conduct necessary Documentation of a full understanding of technology and a natural ability to helm potential leadership roles in a NOC would be a High Plus
- Ability to understand the escalation processes for internal and and to external stake holders higher level support and/or vendor engagement
- Understand specific troubleshooting, diagnostics, change management policies.
- Conduct Review of existing technology as it pertains to the advanced services functions and gain a deep understanding of the specific requirements eg. Performance and configuration review, failure trend analysis expectation and performance and anomaly analysis and other Fail Safe measures in BCP/ DR SOW.
- Develop shift handover methodology and process to align with client procedures and policies
- Document and understand the process from a technology perspective as it pertains to incident handover to support center, problem management, change management, configuration management, capacity management and escalation management
- Assist in the development of the NOC Plan in ensuring High Customer Satisfaction and Retention Rate.
- Perform testing of the tools in collaboration with client as part of operational readiness testing

**Technical Requirements**
- At least 3- 5 years working experience in the role of network administration / network operation
- Engineering or diploma with CCNP & above (Those with no CCNP but have minimum 5-8 years of Hands on Experience will also be considered)
- Strong working knowledge on Cisco networking products.
- Good Hands on knowledge on DNS and DHCPn(Cisco, MS, Palo Alto).
- Good working experience and technical knowledge of F5 load-balancing with GSLB and Foundry

Preferred:

- ITIL foundation certified
- Prior experience in a Large Tier 2-3 DC or financial institution is preferred
