NOC Command Centre Engineer (Network)

Work Location: Synapxe, Buona Vista Office.

  • At least TWO (2) years of IT experience with at least ONE (1) year as a Command Centre/NOC Engineer
  • Basic L1 troubleshooting experience on Network devices.
  • Minimally certified in CompTIA A+ or equivalent
  • Minimally ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification
  • Prefer candidates with network L1 or with some experience in ServiceDesk or NOC.
