**The day-to-day activities**:
- Build and manage regional commercial activities, business development, partnerships, account management, marketing and sales operations
- Manage a portfolio of partners, helping them drive long-term sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction with Igloos products and services
- Lead end-to-end key partnerships: opportunity identification, deal structuring, negotiation and implementation, with significant autonomy covering Igloos products and services
- Build relationships and engage with senior leadership both internally and externally with strategic partners to drive key agenda and initiatives
- Identify key challenges and opportunities to improve how we engage and serve our key partners, and actively help with problem solving in order to execute actionable plans
- Keep partners up-to-date on Igloos products, features, and solutions, as well as recognize the market needs to provide feedback to strategies and product roadmap.
**What we expect from you**:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital platforms, strategy consulting, business development or experience managing commercial partnerships
- High throughput. Strong bias towards action with the reputation of someone who gets things done. You love having a lot on your plate and get energy from being busy.
- Strategic thinker. Able to add value to a business strategy or negotiation
- Strong interpersonal skills. Know how to build trust and negotiate with partners to build long term relationships
- Ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure in an unstructured environment; ability to work through uncertainty
- Entrepreneurial approach and a self-starter personality are a "must-have"
- Experience working with data and analytics tools
