Regional Commercial Strategist

As a key player in our Asia-Pacific region, you will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy to pursue new opportunities and develop existing ones. You will work closely with retail partners to maximize brand exposure and ensure effective inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in commercial management in Southeast Asia, with a strong background in the beauty industry. They will possess excellent relational skills, strategic development abilities, and a solid understanding of financial processes. Additionally, they will be fluent in English and have a high level of commercial awareness.

Key responsibilities include leading the creation and delivery of retailer strategies, developing relationships with retail partners, overseeing sales performance, and managing new clients and commercial relationships. The successful candidate will also be responsible for forecasting, financial management, and full accountability for P&L delivery across each APAC market.
