**About the Job**

As an Ecommerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in the success of our online retail business. Your primary responsibility will be to maximise sales and profitability through effective management and optimisation of our ecommerce trading activities, including ads. Reporting to the Ecommerce & CRO Manager, you will be responsible for analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive revenue growth for the brand.

**Responsibilities**
- Ecommerce Strategy: Supporting the Ecommerce & CRO Manager, collaborate with the brand team to develop and execute the ecommerce trading strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Ad content: analyse performance of channels and suggest new creative ad briefs, alongside Content Editor to drive clicks to site
- Sales and Profit Optimisation: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer acquisition costs to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
- Merchandising and Product Management: Manage the online product catalogue, including product categorisation, pricing, promotions, and inventory management. Ensure accurate and appealing product listings with compelling content, images, and product descriptions.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market research to identify new product opportunities and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Website Performance: Monitor website performance and user experience to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the web development and UX teams to optimise website functionality, navigation, and checkout process to enhance customer satisfaction and increase conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilise web analytics tools to generate insights and regular reports on ecommerce performance, including sales, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate with various teams, including logistics, customer service, and IT, to ensure seamless order fulfilment, efficient delivery, and exceptional customer service.
- Testing and Optimisation: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website elements, landing pages, and promotions. Continuously test and refine strategies to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices. Actively participate in industry forums, conferences, and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in ecommerce trading, preferably in a fast-paced retail or online environment (beauty preferred but not essential).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify.
