**About the Role**

As an Affiliate and Partnerships Specialist/Associate Manager at Coco & Eve, you'll be integral to building a top-tier global affiliate program. This role is focused on recruiting and onboarding creators and influencers on affiliate platforms like Impact, ShopMy, LTK, and Howl to drive high-interest traffic and revenue. Reporting to the Head of Affiliates, you will be responsible for implementing strategies that meet revenue goals, fostering relationships with top creators, and analyzing competitive landscapes to keep Coco & Eve at the forefront.

**Responsibilities**
- Co-lead the development and management of Coco & Eve’s Global Affiliate Marketing Program, including setup and implementation of creator/influencer affiliate platforms like ShopMy, LTK, Howl and Impact.
- Actively recruit, onboard, and negotiate with new affiliates while optimizing current relationships to maximize engagement.
- Focus on high-value creator partnerships, using tailored incentives and regular check-ins to ensure they remain engaged and continuously drive traffic and revenue.
- Develop and refine affiliate strategies for sustained, profitable engagement across channels, with performance measured by traffic and revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and product teams to ensure affiliate activities align with broader brand initiatives and campaign goals.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on affiliate performance, including revenue, spend, conversion rates, and key learnings, along with actionable recommendations.

**Your Profile**
- 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within eCommerce or influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Proven ability to build effective internal and external partnerships and maintain high engagement with top creators.
- High energy, commitment, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in reporting and presentation skills, with an emphasis on clear communication of KPIs and campaign insights.
