Product Specialist, Healthcare

Main Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Drive sales for a range of diagnostics products in the ethical sales channel with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • Support and execute innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Achieve call frequency targets through direct clinical engagement with Healthcare Professionals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed top-line sales targets in the assigned territory(ies) through solution selling methodologies.
  • Represent the company at medical events, symposiums, or conferences to promote pharmaceutical products during weekdays/weekends when necessary.
  • Conduct or assist in conducting online meetings and digital engagements such as webinars, virtual discussions, and e-detailing.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:-

  • Degree/Diploma with relevant selling experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong presentation and territorial management skills.
  • Positive disposition and customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in managing primary care channel will be an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • IT savvy, proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams/Zoom.
  • Demonstrates a can-do attitude, resilience when faced with challenges, and innovative thinking in applying solution selling methodologies.
