
Growth Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Growth Manager with a creative production background, to lead efforts in expanding our revenue streams through new and existing clients. This role is a hybrid role, responsible for pursuing new business opportunities, reconnecting with previous clients, and collaborating with the account director to identify growth opportunities within our existing client base.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**Generate and Convert Leads**:
- Proactively identify, pursue fresh leads, particularly in creative production
- Develop and execute strategies to move leads through the sales funnel, focusing on post-production, social media management, and creative services
- Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients to ensure consistent revenue growth.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Re-establish relationships with former clients and contacts, particularly in creative production, to explore new opportunities
- Revisit previous Request for Proposals (RFPs), assessing potential for renewed discussions and future collaborations.
- Partner with our account director to identify potential growth opportunities within our current client base, focusing on cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor and partner in meeting their needs.
**Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and revenue targets.
- Present quarterly pipeline reports, outlining progress, prospects, and strategies for achieving revenue goals.
- Provide strategic insights on creative services market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to align offerings with growth opportunities.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring smooth communication and effective sales conversion processes.
**Creative Management**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross regional teams to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
- Develop and execute creative production delivery and resourcing strategies for APAC projects to ensure efficiency and successful project completion.
- Manage multiple creative projects from concept to completion, working with in-house and external resources to deliver on time and within budget.
**_ Performance Expectations: _**This role plays a key part in driving the company’s revenue growth, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a goal-oriented environment. Success will be measured through quarterly targets and KPIs, with regular reviews to celebrate achievements and identify areas for growth. As this position directly impacts business objectives, consistent achievement of targets is essential. In cases where targets or KPIs are not met, a review process may be initiated to align performance with the company’s goals and ensure continued success for both the individual and the business.
**_ Remuneration:_** SGD 4-5k basic salary, plus performance-based growth incentives.
**WHAT YOU NEED**:
- Bachelor’s degree in media production, marketing, or a related field.
- Significant experience in professional creative management and social media
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience from leading roles within communication, advertising, design or marketing agencies or at marketing departments.
- Strong experience from Content Marketing and Digital Channels.
- Proven ability and track record to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and strategic in identifying growth opportunities.
- Willingness to adapt and take ownership of sales goals and objectives.
- Possess commercial awareness with the ability to understand the target audience
- Strong client relationships or networks to tap into
- Willing to get ones hands dirty and think outside the box for creative, cost effective solutions to client and company opportunities
