**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Ensure that customer enjoy an excellent quality service.
- Ensure that the business achieves projected revenue and profits.
- Supervise and coach staff member on performance expectations, and client service standards.
- Develop or implement marketing strategies for the Center
- Train staff in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities.
- Record, resolve and report guest complaints.
- Ensure staff act in accordance with company standards and procedures with regard to health and safety
- Maintain a cooperative and communicative working relationship with stakeholders and ensure the same for all level of staff.
