Center Manager Counsellor

WWYD is in search of a **Center Manager **to join our team that is set to make a difference in the youth mental wellness space.

**Your Daily Experience**
- Oversee administrative tasks such as client-therapist allocation, process adherence, and payment collection, ensuring efficient operations.
- Conduct counselling sessions that adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and professional conduct and guidelines pertaining to the provision of therapy, including maintaining proper licensing and certifications.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client sessions and any relevant information, as required by the Company.
- Engage with WWYD talents to increase team inclusivity and belonging, fostering a supportive and diverse work environment.
- Curate and deliver engaging workshops/webinars, gather feedback, and enhance offerings to meet client needs.
- Generate evidence-based content collaboratively with the marketing team, ensuring promotional materials reflect the centre's values and mission.
- Consistently improve current processes to grow business and enhance service delivery effectiveness.
- Establish more referrals and partnerships with other mental health/non-mental health organizations to broaden support networks and resources.

**The Career Requirements**
- Degree holder in Counselling or relevant qualifications.
- Has professional knowledge of adolescent’s mental wellness needs.
- 2-4 years of practical experience in therapy.
- Is a continuous learner who is willing to attend professional events on child & adolescent psychology.
- Prior experience in admin is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) membership (preferred)
