About the Role

As a Senior Associate / Associate Executive, you are responsible in supporting and assisting the Executives in managing billing-related feedback, processing bills and submissions, and liaising with other departments to ensure timely resolution of enquiries.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include

  • Answer incoming calls through Business Office hotline promptly and professionally
  • Attend to and investigate billing-related enquires and feedback received through all channels
  • Resolve enquiries or feedback at first contact where possible
  • Process patient bills, waivers and bill cancellation in OAS with high accuracy and attention to details
  • Monitor and track billing submissions in the National Platform for Healthcare Claims (NHPC) and liaise with billing team to investigate bills rejected for claims

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / GCE O / A / Higher NITEC / WSQ Cert in Healthcare (Operations) + 2 years' experience and demonstrated competency
  • Experience in customer service, cashiering and demonstrated competency
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and a team-player
