The Senior / Associate provides secretarial and administrative support to the Office of Research (OoR) to ensure effective and efficient operations of the office in areas such as scheduling, planning and coordinating meetings and events. You work under the supervision to ensure sufficient administrative support to the Director of OoR and senior OoR team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline or Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE 'N' / 'O' / 'A' Level, preferably with at least 1 - 3 years' relevant experience
  • Good team player with a sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
  • Meticulous, resilient and independent with a keen eye for details
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
