Content Operations Specialist

Edisen is looking for a **Content Operations Specialist** to join our Singapore office. You will get the chance to be a part of a dynamic team, working with a top entertainment company to manage content for fans of Korean music.

The **Content Operations Specialist** will be responsible for all client and third-party team liaison to track and collect files for timely social media uploads, to lead and participate in the monitoring and tracking of artist related news updates for creation of reactive content.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**Overall channel and admin operations**
- Coordinating, project managing, and scheduling of daily Twitter posts
- Be the gatekeeper of the Twitter channel, keeping a close reference to the content calendar and client watchouts to ensure uploads are 100% accurate
- Manage the content calendar and schedule all relevant posts
- Front end-to-end asset project management from scheduling, handling and organizing working files and source files, to final outputs on the client delivery or archiving platforms
- Organize and delegate daily logístical tasks to the internal team

**Coordination**
- Coordinate and allocate deliverables accordingly to the internal team
- Acquire client approvals on briefs prior to upload
- Coordinate with internal partners and external agencies to feed content from various sources into the content calendar
- Align publishing schedules, ensuring clear communication and swift dissemination of files

**Community engagement**
- Social listening, monitoring of prioritized artist updates and developing the sense to shortlist relevant updates to be further ideated upon by the team for reactive content
- Monitor the community, watch out for tweets and potential users to engage with, identifying further opportunities for community engagement activities
- Always be online and on the lookout for trending topics within the industry

**WHAT YOU NEED**:

- Experience in a post-production house, creative agency, or as part of a social media team
- Familiarity with Twitter’s upload system, third party tools like Tweetdeck, digital social media content execution and best practices is a plus
- Intermediate level of Korean language understanding required for content tracking and monitoring, ideation and brainstorm purposes
- Proficiency with Social Media tools, Google Suite, Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
