**Responsibilities**
- To assist in day to day execution of e-commerce strategy on all e-Commerce platforms, primarily Amazon, Shopee and Zalora. This includes reporting, setting up campaign mechanics and providing support for product launches
- Create new product listings and work closely with the creative & brand teams for the production of online assets to ensure listings and storefronts are optimized and adhere to brand guidelines
- Creates and distributes engaging content for storefront postings
- Monitor stock levels and work closely with Operation team to ensure acceptable inventory levels across all marketplaces
- Liaise with Customer Service on neutral or negative customer feedback and ensure the Customer Service teams responds to all cases within acceptable period
- Assistance with various campaigns and other ad-hoc tasks as required each day to help resolve any issues that may arise

- Analytical and numbers focused
- Ability to think outside the box and passion to try new things
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- “Roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude as a self-starter, passionate about bringing and trying new ideas with a bias to action personality
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce or beauty industries will be a plus
