We are looking for a dynamic team player to join us at Ink as part of the **Advertising Operations** team in our Singapore office. We work with **Singapore Airlines,** **Malaysia Airlines, Cebu Pacific, Jetstar Airways, and Agoda **selling exclusive travel channels, which include digital platforms, airport, and inflight opportunities. The role is to support our internal and external customers in working on Ad copy management on our print titles, managing campaigns on Digital platforms, and supporting on Campaign management for Inflight Entertainment and Lounge Activation.

**Your role will include**:
There are three key areas that the Ad Operations Executive will be involved in. Working on Ad copy management on our print titles, managing campaigns on our TAD and Digital platforms, and supporting on Campaign management for Inflight Entertainment and Lounge Activation.
- Following up with advertisers for Print Ad Copy
- Pre-flighting files to ensure suitable for print.
- Flat plan management
- Uploading and approving files for printing
- Keeping all sales records up to date.
- Following up with advertisers for digital Ad Copy
- Pre-flighting files to ensure suitable for the various platforms.
- Managing campaigns on our inhouse systems to ensure campaigns deliver in full.
- Reporting
- Keeping all sales records up to date
- Processing & Pre-flighting client video assets to ensure they adhere to airline’s requirements.
- Managing the upload and onboarding of campaign assets against clear campaign requirements
- Keeping all sales records up to date.
- Request for Proof of Plays.

We are looking for a diligent, highly organised individual with an interest in the creation of entertaining content and the monitoring of success combined with the enthusiasm for working within a small, committed team. You need to be a self-starter and confident in offering ideas and supporting your team. It is important to us that you’re considerate, resourceful, and resilient

**Required skills**:

- Proficient in Premiere Pro and the Adobe Suite
- Proficient working on CRM systems and estimating and reporting through these systems.
- Print knowledge.
- Experience using Google Ad Manager
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Experience of report writing, and End of Campaign wrap up documents.
- Strong communicator & Team Player
- Able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
- Able to multitask.
