Tan Kah Kee Foundation (TKKF) has a vacancy for a **operations and admin executive** with minimum A level/Diploma qualification and at least one year experience. He/she must possess good command of English, with a flair for writing (esp short articles & reports) and some understanding of Mandarin; and required to work closely with our senior Operations Manager (OM) in handling the following tasks:
2) Assist OM in note taking, making appointments etc with other parties.

3) **Newsletter**: handle some editorial responsibilities, obtain photos, info, etc.

4) **Pioneer Memorial Hall**: Understand theme of exhibits/history of pioneers; assist OM in guiding visitors. Take charge of library, e.g. loan and sale of books.

5) **Events**: Assist the respective chairs & OM in two major annual events related to education, viz. Young Inventors Awards and Postgraduate Scholarship Awards.

6) **Fundraise **events, e.g. gala dinner (held once every 4-5 years): assist fundraise team in operations & admin areas.

Salary and compensation will be commensurate with experience.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCE 'A' Level or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: One location
