**About the Job**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Ecommerce & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Manager to join our dynamic brand team

As the Ecommerce & CRO Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimising our digital assets and brand campaigns to improve conversion rates and overall business performance using data analysis. Your primary focus will be to identify conversion bottlenecks, conduct data-driven experiments, and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and maximise revenue generation on our direct channel.

**Responsibilities**
- Conversion Rate Optimisation Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to increase conversion rates across various digital channels.
- Conduct thorough analysis of user behaviour, sales funnels, and customer journeys to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, design, product and development, to align CRO initiatives with business goals.
- Experimentation and Testing:

- Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing experiments to optimise website elements, landing pages, and brand campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse test results, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations for conversion rate improvements.
- Utilize CRO tools and analytics platforms to track performance metrics and identify trends and patterns.
- User Experience Enhancement:

- Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to understand customer preferences and pain points.
- Identify and address user experience issues through website optimisation, user interface enhancements, and UX design improvements.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and conversion-focused digital experiences.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyse website and campaign performance metrics, conversion funnels, and customer behavioural data.
- Generate regular reports and presentations that highlight key findings, test results, and CRO recommendations for management and stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate performance trends and progress towards conversion goals.
- Industry Research and Best Practices:

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce, CRO and UX optimisation.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Attend industry webinars and workshops to expand expertise in CRO strategies and tactics.

**Your Profile**
- English as a first language
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce management and subsequent CRO strategy
- Background in beauty preferred but not essential.
- Proven track record of creating CRO strategies with successful results
- Proven experience in CRO, digital marketing, or related roles, with a track record of improving conversion rates and business outcomes.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and CRO tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of UX
