
Human Resources Executive

**Principle Accountabilities**
- Review, implement, and enforce Human Resources policies and procedures for International Contractors.
- Review, edit, and assist in-country HR staff with the editing of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local rules and regulations.
- Support the reviewing of Employment Laws for all countries in which CADG conducts business to ensure minimum employment regulations for local labor as well as Visa and Work Permit requirements for International contractors are known to Business Development.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify and validate recruitment needs. Review recruitment procedures and liaise with project managers and local Recruitment agencies to ensure all recruitment needs are met.
- Liaise with Business Development and Finance to ensure appropriate recruitment and personnel costing information is included with all project proposals.
- Maintain records for all personnel to include contracts, bio-data sheets, copies of passports, personal information forms, etc.; ensuring regular review and updating of documentation.
- Ensure proper tracking of Leave Entitlements and Contract renewals.
- Handle ad-hoc employee/contractor issues to include staff welfare, salary increases, resignations and terminations, performance and conduct issues, etc.
- Coordinate flow of information between HR and Payroll to ensure efficiency and accuracy of salary payments; and serve as final approval for all international expense claims.
- Perform all other tasks as and when required by Senior Management.
**Knowledge and Experience**
- Minimum of 3-5 years Human Resources experience
- International experience or proven experience dealing with multi-cultural employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working direct with senior expat management.
- Must have proven experience identifying team relation challenges and finding ways to overcome them.
- Demonstrate solid decision-making skills and the ability to use good judgment when handling issues
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical as is the ability to work in a highly dispersed work environment.
- Ability to exercise discretion and effectively handle highly confidential issues is imperative.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,400.00 per month
