**About the job**
The Red Hat Asia Pacific (APAC) Marketing team is looking for a highly experienced Senior Program Marketing Manager to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for strategy and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives (both digital and in-person events) for the Global Learning Services (GLS) and Business teams in collaboration with the regional APAC team and country teams. You’ll help plan, implement, coordinate, measure, and monitor success for regional demand generation and awareness campaigns across digital, social, and mobile platforms for different solutions. As a Senior Program Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, developing, prioritizing, and carrying out compelling marketing strategies and plans with country marketing teams and alliance partners to grow market share in the installed base and net-new accounts.

**What you will do**
- Take the lead on strategy and campaign implementation to promote full-funnel engagement with customers across brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration by scaling through multiple digital channels and events
- Work directly with key stakeholders to build and implement marketing plans to acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers, and deliver growth across all customer segments (enterprise and commercial ) as well as the top industry verticals
- Manage strategy and initiatives that align with channels, sales, and marketing goals
- Design and implement all channel marketing activities to ensure growth through our partners
- Develop strategy for product marketing, providing projections on budget, trends, traffic and conversions as well as promoting engagement at scale with increasing efficiency
- Manage day-to-day operations like campaign setup, optimization, and closure
- Conceptualize and develop testing strategies; monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement, conversion rate, and overall ROI
- Dive deep into data to understand market trends and competitor landscape; communicate actionable insights to key stakeholders, translating them into strategic initiatives and making recommendations for optimization
- Track campaign and event results by measuring program success and reporting metrics

**What you will bring**
- Motivated with a consistent record of achieving assigned targets or goals
- Experienced marketing strategist with 8+ years of direct experience in marketing and demand generation, media planning, tracking and conversion funnel optimization, and managing multi-faceted marketing projects across multiple channels, e.g. paid social, offline events, programmatic, account-based marketing (ABM), etc., in a fast-paced environment
- Solid project management skills with experience gaining consensus and guiding deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
- Experience developing and achieving a marketing plan
- Solid understanding of overall marketing concepts
- Creative thinker who has had success experimenting with creative ideas and new channels to grow awareness or funnel activities while testing and measuring
- Strategic thinker able to work with data who can comfortably glean customer insights from CRM, Adobe Analytics, and other automation tools
- Digital marketing expertise with a basic level of technical knowledge in digital media channels, including Google Ads (display, video, and search) and paid social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Analytical and curious; experience measuring the effectiveness and impact of marketing programs that inform conversions, pipeline, and revenue and proactively finding different ways to optimize performance
- Enjoying working in a fast-moving work environment, owning and designing programs, finding creative solutions to complex problems, and simplifying systems for scale and agility
- Independent thinker who can identify, plan, and execute new ideas effectively to achieve goals and improve outcomes by using data as a guide
- Strategic and data-driven
- Ability to take ownership to lead or assist in digital marketing programs, regional initiatives, and anything within your responsibilities
- Unafraid to try something new and take calculated risks
- Ability to plan meticulously, putt it down in writing, and collaborate with stakeholders
- Ability to interact extensively across all functional teams within Red Hat in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region and globally
- Always honest, earnest, and acting in a direct and transparent way
- Enterprise Software B2B experience is a plus
