A global technology leader in Internet Software and Services (IS&S) is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Program Manager to join its international Partner Marketing team based in Singapore on a 12-month renewable contract.

This role oversees strategic external partnerships across various verticals, with a special focus on carrier and retail collaborations in China. You will work closely with Business Development teams to align on key initiatives and partner objectives.

The team is focused on driving awareness, subscriptions, and engagement across digital services. You will play a pivotal role in driving user growth and retention.

You are adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, able to recognize opportunities and make informed, data-driven decisions. You have the vision to scale programs effectively and the discipline to execute with precision. Your strong brand stewardship and track record of successful partner marketing campaigns will be key to your success.

**Descriptions**
- Lead and implement marketing for partnerships to grow Apple’s subscription business and drive incremental media value. Develop plans and integration opportunities for key partnerships in China and across international markets as required.
- You will work with partners to build effective go-to-market plans and a seamless customer experience. You will partner with regional, service and technical teams to establish marketing, communications and training frameworks. Aligning closely with Business Strategy and Planning you will develop key performance indicators, analyse opportunities, test different programs and partnerships and measure results. You will use data to modify and develop these programs to drive greater efficiency, scale and effectiveness and craft executive reports to demonstrate the ongoing impact of the programs implemented.
- Ensure a frictionless customer journey across all sign-up channels. Lead all aspects of marketing planning, from pre-launch through to launch and sustain. Collaborate cross-functionally both internally and externally and ensure collaborator roles and responsibilities are clear and adhered to.
- Foster both internal and external relationships to ensure smooth roll-out of planned partner launches and campaigns. Communicate results to management in a timely, concise and effective way.
- Continuously refine standard process to improve live and future partnerships and campaigns.

**Key Qualifications**
- Proven hands-on marketing experience across digital, traditional, and retail channels.
- Solid background in subscription marketing strategies.
- Passion for premium brands with deep awareness of the digital content and services ecosystem.
- Strategic thinker with a record of leading high-impact marketing programs or partnerships.
- Able to communicate platform value and partner benefits clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Agile, highly organized, and capable of thriving in ambiguity.
- Experience structuring strategic marketing partnerships and promoting premium products in third-party environments.
- Collaborative and proactive, with a global mindset and cross-functional capabilities.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

**Additional Requirement**
- International travel may be required.
