The Asia Partner Sales team is seeking a talented Go-To-Market Program Manager with a deep knowledge of large-scale virtual, hybrid and face-to-face event programs, along with exceptional event management, digital campaigns, relationship building, and project management skills to enhance the revenue impact for the Partner Sales Go to Market team.
This role will serve as the lead for the Partner Sales organization in global campaigns and events such as re:Invent, re:Mars, re:Engage, Global Partner Sales Summits, as well as other programs as required. This role is key in advocating for the partner experience and setting the foundation and framework for program growth, while supporting global collaboration across AWS.
Key job responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of Partner Sales external events - including ideation, planning, design, and execution.
- Lead the digital strategy and online experience for tier 1 events such as summits across the globe (format could be live, virtual, or hybrid model)
- Manage production and delivery of all event deliverables related to digital marketing, content development, program coordination, operational execution and reporting.
- Partner with creative, content, digital marketing, sales, and product marketing to deliver brand and solution focused campaigns that drive awareness as well as pipeline generation and acceleration
- Build & maintain strong relationships with teams across AWS, especially events, content and field marketing teams to identify opportunities and drive an engaging summit aligned to global standards with an element of localization
- Support venue search and contracting, and other procurement efforts, as required.
- Oversee speaker logistics, including: event communications, scheduling reviews and rehearsals, and providing virtual or on-site speaker support for events.
- Ensure continuous testing, measuring, scaling, and evolving event programs to deliver high-quality customer-facing events with frugality.
- Understanding of a marketing funnel and how to align campaign strategies with customer journeys.
- Dive deep into data reports and dashboards to provide insights to marketing results and drive customer experience optimization
- Support on-site execution of events.
- Ability to travel (20%-30%) and work across time zones.
