This position will be responsible for monitoring the performance of various factory work processes and new technology pilots. He/She will support the development and realization of the HMGICS Technology Roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of innovative technologies and efficient project management practices.
What To Expect
(Performance Management of Work Processes/ Technology Systems)
Define methodology and detailed work processes to continually measure performance and project ROI
Engage with relevant stakeholders to gather data and develop insights
(Finance/ Process Management/ Project Staffing)
Manage global partnership by defining standard operating model in HMGICS
Plan optimal skill-set structure and manage head count by monitoring resource status regularly
Set a program for knowledge transferring and networking within multi-disciplinary org.
Manage project budget and run communication channel with stakeholders for a project
(Implementation of Technology Roadmap)
Support the planning & implementation of technology roadmap in collaboration with HMGICS and HMG stakeholders
Design, develop, and maintain HMGICS Technology Catalogue
What You'll Bring
Bachelor of Engineering or relevant discipline
3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting / business process re-engineering / ICT consulting
Technical skills in process innovation/business consulting projects, IT/OT system development projects
Extensive project experience in manufacturing industry
Advanced proficiency in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel
