Renal Denervation is a groundbreaking procedure that helps patients lower blood pressure and has the potential to disrupt the Hypertension market. The technique targets specific nerves near the kidneys that can become overactive and cause high blood pressure, also known as hypertension. This visible, **Global Program Manager-APAC focused **role requires someone who is both analytical and able to work collaboratively with cross functional and global teams to support a superior customer experience with Symplicity Spyral worldwide.

**A Day in the Life**
- Establish and maintain a high level of product & procedure knowledge and exercise thoughtful judgment to plan, organize, execute, and monitor assigned projects.
- Build strong collaborative partnerships across the business to address product inquiries, enable portfolio planning and support cross functional core teams as needed.
- Partner with Regions to ensure new market launch success and support as needed in the execution of day-to-day jobs, with a focus on the Asia Pacific region. This includes leading or supporting internal procedure training sessions; support ongoing efforts for best practice sharing on complex case support to further drive field expertise.
- Lead development of comprehensive global forecasts, ensuring product availability and strategic operations decision making.
- Use analytical acumen and customer insights to develop new marketing strategies, analyze current marketing activities, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Lead cross functional teams to further streamline marketing activities and processes.
- Gather competitive intelligence and assess market dynamics. Support packaging information into effective global messaging and tactical campaigns.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience in marketing or sales, engineering/quality, education, clinical or analyst role (3 years with advanced degree)

**Preferred**:

- MBA or advanced degree
- Program or project management experience
- Experience working with business analytics or data sets to drive business decisions
- Strong influence management skills, cross functional collaboration skills and ability to effectively communicate to all levels in organization
- Product management, including product launch experience in medical or healthcare space preferred
- Experience with producing and measuring business results
- Ability to translate complex projects into actionable plans
