Manager, Strategic Partnerships

**Job scope**:
You will be partnering with the Group Director of Strategy to identify, define and implement new classes of investment products and services to build a Products & Services Centre in uSMART Group HQ Singapore.
1. Research and identify new product offerings for the firm’s growth
2. Building and maintain strategic partnerships with the firm’s counterparties (product manufacturers / issuers / distributors, etc.)
3. Manage the process of new product launch across multiple asset classes
4. Liaise and partner with custodian banks / institutions in setting up settlement and clearing arrangement. (The role does need to perform day-to-day operations.)
5. Support the firm’s continuous efforts in identifying and accessing the ability of counterparties to support the firm’s business needs
6. Stay updated to any market developments or regulatory changes that may impact the firm’s operations
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum Degree with at least 3 years of product management / relationship management experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry
2. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or other related disciplines
3. Good understanding of various investment products such as equities, bonds, funds, fx, structured products, private equities, etc.
4. Good time management and good ability to multi-task
5. CFA certification or level 1,2, 3 passes is highly valued
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Analytical mindset, decisive, and a fast learner
